Our care
Our care is distinguished by the personal approach and the provision of tailor-made care, focused on the unique needs of each client. We offer flexible and professional care that takes into account the wishes and circumstances of the care recipient. Our care providers are well-trained, committed and provide care with attention to the physical, emotional and social aspects of life. This enables us to not only provide medical and practical support, but also to promote the well-being of the client in their own environment.
Home care
Home care is care provided at home to support people who are unable to function fully independently due to illness, old age or disability. It can include personal care, nursing, domestic help and guidance. Home care is tailored to the needs of the client, with the aim of allowing them to live in their own familiar environment for as long as possible. It can range from daily support to more intensive care, depending on the person's situation.
24-hour care
24-hour care is an intensive form of care in which a caregiver is available day and night to support someone in their own living environment. This care is often used for people who need constant attention and care due to serious health problems, advanced age, or dementia. The goal is to provide clients with safety, comfort, and continuity so that they can continue to live in their familiar environment. The care often includes assistance with daily activities, medical support, and supervision to respond to emergencies or acute needs.
Private care
Private care is customized care that is arranged and financed outside regular care institutions. It can be fully tailored to the wishes and needs of the client and is usually paid for by the client themselves, although sometimes insurance or PGBs (personal budgets) can support this. This form of care offers flexibility in, for example, the choice of care providers, frequency of care and times, and is available for various services such as personal care, nursing, and domestic help. Private care is often used for people who want a higher degree of continuity and personal attention.
night care
Night care is a specific type of care provided during the night to people who need extra support or supervision. This care is often used for the elderly, people with dementia, or people with a chronic condition who need help with medical or personal care at night, such as administering medication, help with going to the toilet, or to provide reassurance. Night care can be provided continuously (wake services) or on demand (sleep services) and helps clients to continue living in their familiar environment, with the safety of care nearby.
